Chelsea extends Jóao Pedro stay.

João Pedro Set for New Chelsea Contract Until 2033
Chelsea are preparing to lock down Brazilian forward João Pedro with a new long-term contract after a strong debut season at Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old has reached a verbal agreement on an improved deal that will run until June 2033, including a salary increase. The paperwork is being finalised and he is expected to put pen to paper in the coming days.
Background
João Pedro joined Chelsea from Brighton & Hove Albion in July 2025 in a deal worth around £55–60 million (£55m initial fee plus add-ons). He signed a long-term contract at the time (reported as seven or eight years, running to 2032/33).
Born on 26 September 2001 in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, the 1.86m right-footed forward is versatile — capable of playing as a centre-forward, second striker or on the left. He quickly became a key figure for the Blues
